Once you’ve gathered the six items outlined in the pre-listing or pre-offer section of our checklist, you’ll be fully prepared to order your Pearl Solar Certification.
To ensure your solar certification process is as seamless as possible, agents will need to upload several key documents that verify the system’s specifications and installation. These include the Solar Purchase Agreement, Solar Company Proposals, and the Utility Interconnection Agreement. Each of these documents provides critical details that help confirm the system’s installation, performance, and connection to the grid, allowing for a comprehensive and accurate certification.
