For agents to be eligible to receive their reward under the referral program, the following conditions must be met:

• The referral must result in a signed contractor agreement within 90 days from the date of the referral to Pearl.

• The contractor must pay a network onboarding fee and first month’s fee, prior to eligibility for payout.

*Referral program (including terms, rewards, eligibility, etc.) subject to change without advance notice at Pearl’s sole discretion. Referred Contractor’s admission to the Network is also at Pearl’s sole discretion, and qualifications are subject to change. You are responsible for any tax liability related to participating in the program. By participating in the referral bonus program, referrers acknowledge their understanding and agreement with these terms.
