How to Certify

Certification Costs:

  • Virtual Certification (agent provides required data) - $99
  • In-person Certification (data collector sent to home) - $250
  • In-person Certification with blower door (required for Pearl Gold Certification or above) - $325

We are excited to help you certify your clients’ home!

Please fill out the order form with as much detail as you have available. The more information you are able to provide up front, the easier it will be for our staff to assist you quickly. Please note:

  • We operate during normal business hours on weekdays. If you need a rush certification that includes weekend time, we may be able to accommodate you for an additional fee.
  • Certification completion should take no longer than 24-48 hours after we receive all of the required data.
  • The certification level will be determined by the results of the data collected.
  • If you are willing to provide the additional information and photos needed to complete the certification, you can choose the virtual certification option.
  • For the home to achieve gold or platinum certification, you will need to add on the optional blower door test, or provide recent results of one.
Certify a Home

Certification in two simple steps: 

  1. Complete form to begin the certification process. Pearl will be in touch for additional info within 24 business hours
  2. Certification and data collection is completed. Certification report is emailed and in your hands within 48 hours of completed data collection

By requesting a Pearl Certification, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and accept the terms and conditions of Pearl Certification. Your submission of this form serves as your agreement to be bound by all terms, conditions, definitions, requirements, and obligations set forth in our Terms and Conditions.
