First, have your seller confirm the system is owned and not leased. Pearl only certifies owned systems at this time. Next, collect these documents: Solar Installation Proposal, Interconnection Agreement (for on-grid), Annual Production Report, Latest Utility Bill, and any Warranty documents for the Solar Panels and Inverter.
Collect Solar Photos
Collect two photos: Photo of the home with solar panels and a photo of the inverter.
Upload the Information
Fill out this simple information gathering form and send to Pearl to process. It's as easy as 1-2-3.
Market Your Solar Certified Listing
The Pearl Certification Report and special Appraisal Addendum ensures the solar assets are properly valued. Pearl makes marketing a solar home simple: upload the certification photo and report into the listing, use proper MLS data fields, hang placards in the home, and print copies of the solar info sheet for buyers to read.
