Two contractors and a marketing guy walk into a bar…but seriously, join us for a conversation about ventilation, viruses and marketing. Are your customers asking you about the latest new IAQ product? How are you helping your customers find the right solutions to address their health and IAQ needs? Elena Chrimat of Ideal Energy in Arizona, Kevin Brenner of Healthy Homes in New York, and Peter Troast of Energy Circle (in Maine, if you must know) will discuss what products and services homeowners are searching for, what they find, and how to provide them with what they need. They’ll talk about bridging the gap between shiny products and whole house ventilation. They’ll also discuss the importance of finding the balance of educating the homeowner without making promises they can’t keep about air quality and the health of the home.
